St Marys Medical Surgery and its employees are committed to your privacy and the confidentiality of your medical information. We make every effort to protect the privacy of your medical and personal information.

All patient consultation and medical records are kept strictly confidential and therefore not disclosed to any outside party without your written authorisation. Policies and procedures of medical centre have been designed in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) of the Privacy Act 1988, available at www.privacy.gov.au/health

Violence Policy:

St Marys Medical Surgery operates a ZERO tolerance Policy regarding violence. We take seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients.

If a patient is violent or abusive, they will be warned to STOP their behaviour. If they persist, we may exercise our right to act and have them removed from the practice, and from our database.
